Health & Nutrition Coaching

Health coaching can cover a broad range of topics, including physical activity, stress management, sleep, and chronic disease management, but as a health coach specializing in nutrition, I place particular emphasis on helping individuals develop healthy eating habits and make better food choices. My ultimate goal as a health coach is to help individuals achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life through better health and nutrition practices. 

I am knowledgeable in most diets and dietary principles from vegan to carnivore and everything in between. Regardless of your preference, we will be able to work together to ensure you achieve the results you are looking for.

What to Expect

My health and nutrition coaching program includes a comprehensive health intake form to gather information about your current health status, lifestyle habits, eating habits, and goals. We will have two sessions per month, which can be conducted either in person or virtually to fit your schedule. Following each session, I will provide you with personalized suggestions to implement that will build on each other over the course of the program.

Additionally, you will have access to unlimited email support with a guaranteed reply within 24 hours (mostly sooner). This way, you can reach out to me anytime you have a question or need support between sessions. My goal is to ensure that you have the resources and guidance you need to succeed in achieving your health and wellness goals.

As a health and nutrition coach, my role is to work collaboratively with individuals who want to improve their health and well-being. I help individuals to develop a personalized plan that includes specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. My focus is on empowering the individual to take ownership of their health and make positive, sustainable changes toward wellness. 

Additional Support

As your health and nutrition coach, I may also offer additional resources to support your progress. For example, if appropriate, I can host a supermarket tour, a pantry makeover, or a restaurant menu review to help you make healthier choices when dining out.

In addition, I am always eager to share my healthy tips and recipes, and DIY hacks with my clients. As we work together, I will provide you with practical strategies for making healthier choices, as well as delicious and nutritious meal ideas to help you stay on track. My goal is to help you develop a sustainable approach to health and wellness that works for you and your lifestyle.
