About Alexandra Marks
I am a highly trained and experienced practitioner in the field of transpersonal hypnotherapy, yoga instruction, and health coaching. I have obtained certifications in Master Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and E-RYT 500 Yoga Instruction, and am currently pursuing a degree in Transpersonal Psychology at Atlantic University as part of the Edgar Cayce’s Association of Research and Enlightenment.
My journey began as a lifelong seeker of knowledge and understanding in the realms of mind, body, and spirit. In 2008, I co-founded Bonda Yoga, which allowed me to share my passion with others and learn alongside my students. After five years, I sold my share in the business to focus on resolving health issues that had arisen, ultimately leading me to a profound inner transformation.
This transformation was facilitated through a combination of spiritual reconnection and the exploration of various healing modalities, including hypnosis. Upon receiving guidance from my spirit guides to pursue a career in hypnotherapy, I enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program in Transpersonal Psychology at Atlantic University and received my Master Hypnotherapist certification.
In addition to hypnotherapy, I also offer yoga instruction and health coaching to my clients, utilizing a holistic approach that combines lifestyle modifications, yoga, nutrition, hypnosis, and mindfulness practices to bring mind, body, and spirit into a state of balance and health.
My clients come to me with a variety of challenges, ranging from fear, anger, depression, anxiety, self-limiting beliefs, addictions, and questions about their future. I believe that hypnosis and mindfulness can provide valuable tools for navigating these challenges and achieving a healthy, balanced, and happy life. It is my honor to offer my services and help guide others on their own spiritual journeys.
